BWT LoopoLine WFI System

Membrane based WFI generation system including 1,000L storage tank. YOM: 2021 WFI Output: 200L/Hour The WFI generation capacity can be upgraded stepwise to 400l/h or to 600l/h (additional cost through OEM). The treatment steps of the system are pre-softening, reverse osmosis (RO), electro deionization (EDI) up to the WFI water quality (conductivity <= 1,1μS/cm@20°C). The distribution system includes a 1,000L storage tank with permanent ozonization, TOC measurement and a loop pump, that delivers the WFI to the consumers via a UV treatment unit, which destroys the ozone and helps avoiding germination. The entire production system part can be hot sanitized. The distribution system can be ozonized. Full documentation package included. Location: Europe
