Used Pall Allegro Single-Use Chromatography System
The Allegro SU Chromatography system is designed to work with a wide range of chromatographic media and column sizes. The complete flowpath in contact with product is disposable, therefore cleaning validation effort is minimized by design.
Process Details:
- Process flowrate: 10 - 500 L/H and 20 - 900 L/H (for the 3/8" and 1/2" ID tube set respectively)
- Process temperature: Room temp (20C +/- 5C)
- Column diameter: 100 - 600mm (depending on required linear velocity)
