The SA25 can fill nested vial, syringe, or cartridge formats from 0.2 to 50 mL, with customers changing between formats within 45 minutes. Additional format parts supplied separately through Cytiva.

The SA25 is designed to provide an optimal aseptic process with a standardized flexible filler capable of producing vials, syringes and cartridges. The SA25 robotic process reduces the risk of product contamination, and can handle multiple formats.

Throughput: Up to 20,000 units per batch with maximum speeds of 25 vials/min at 2R.
