Lightly Used Capmatic Monoblock Filling, Capping, & Packaging Line

Line currently configured for processing 2 oz, 2.5 oz, 4 oz, & 8 oz bottles. Complete mechanical continuous motion filling and capping of plastic or glass bottles with screw cap. Also applying an Over Cup at a speed of up to 160 containers per minute.

The servo-driven continuous motion technology offers complete synchronization between the filling station and the integrated plugging and capping turrets, allowing for the manipulation of complex components and applications while maintaining a high level of precision, quality and control. Bottles are accurately filled with servo-driven volumetric pistons designed to handle liquid, semi-viscous and viscous products.
