a.      Vials:

b.      Stoppers:

·       13 mm rubber stopper (12.7 mm x 6.2 mm) – vibratory hopper and feed bowl / track system

c.      Seals:

·       Aluminum skirt crimp cap (15 mm x 7.8 mm) with plastic flip off – vibratory hopper and feed bowl / track system

Quality control features :

Sensors: vial infeed min/max w/ presence sensor, low vacuum sensor, missing / high stopper

Check weigh: (2) 100% tare scales; (2) 100% gross scales

Reject station: for weight, stopper and cap misplacement, fallen vial (infeed turntable) chute

Environmental: locations for non-viable laser particle counters (not included) and infrastructure for viable micro plate heads (not included). Divider between infeed turntable and filling station. Divider between filling/stoppering and crimp station.
