The Wrapade Model V-612 is a high-performance, 12-inch wide, 6-station vertical pouch packaging machine designed for efficient production of custom 4-side sealed pouches. 1. Custom Pouch Packaging:

• Produces variable-length pouches (programmable within a range) with precise centering of pre-printed designs using an advanced Photo-Registration System .
• Capable of producing pouch sizes with length adjustments via Servo Control .
• Designed for registered pre-printed film , ensuring consistent print alignment on every pouch.

2. High Output & Efficiency:

• Up to 30 cycles per minute (Custom) or 80 cycles per minute (Non-Custom) .
• Output:
• 60 pouches/min (2-up Custom configuration) or
• 320 pouches/min (4-up Non-Custom configuration) .
• Handles up to 16 products per pouch , depending on product size and pouch design.

3. Advanced Feeding System:

• Equipped with (16) Vibratory Pan Feeders and (2) Grooved Disc Feeders (28.5” diameter), ensuring balanced flow and orientation of products into the sealing assembly.
• Includes (2) Vibratory Disc Frequency Controllers and (64) Pneumatic Track Product Escapement Assemblies for synchronized feeding and changeover flexibility.
• Custom feed tooling includes stainless steel hoppers, track weldments, sifter pan inserts, and quick-change escapement systems.

4. Sealing Technology:

• 6-Station Sealing Head Assembly featuring:
• Interlocking Pyramid Sealing Pattern for enhanced seal integrity, heat transfer, and film meshing.
• Individual temperature controllers and air regulators for each sealing roll to ensure uniform pressure and easy validation.
• Cross Seal Rolls with a 12.04" circumference and 4 lobes for variable-length pouch creation.
• Side Seal Rolls for registered film applications.
• Horizontal Tear-Notch Die and Anvil for user-friendly pouch opening.
