The left-hand cluster (Fill/Pack, V-Blend, Concentrate, Sample rooms) is the USP 800 hazardous side (dedicated exhaust, rooms at ~0.00" WC). The right-hand Cream Room cluster is the USP 797 non-hazardous sterile side (highest positive pressure at +0.06" WC). Pressures cascade as expected. Cart pass-thrus are all ISO-8.
