Cytiva SA25 Aseptic Filling Workcell

Unused Cytiva/VanRX SA25 Aseptic Filling Workcell. Installed and never put into production!

Currently configured for single chamber 1 ml nested syringes from Schott or Stevanato (OMPI). Both formats work with the Schott plunger nest (160 Pcs.) designed for the machine.

Machine has two pumps and two filling needles making it capable of producing dual chamber syringe. Format parts for dual chamber syringe sold separately.

Inert gas stoppering capabilities

Includes standard environmental monitoring hardware (Climet CI 3100 non-viable particle counter with probe + Reuter Centrifugal Air Sampler (RCS) unit positioned at RTP for microbial monitoring).

OPTION – Two (2) Biotrak units available with system, part of Cytiva’s most recent environmental monitoring upgrades to the SA25. Cytiva to complete the software upgrade to get it integrated. Integration work + software upgrade performed separately with Cytiva.
